My name is Nicole Graham. I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Bookkeeper and proud mother of an NDIS participant. When my son was in need of support through NDIS, I found it difficult to navigate. I struggled with all the jargon and different rules. I understand how participants and families can feel isolated in the NDIS world.

I struggled with all the jargon and different rules. I understand how participants and families can feel isolated in the NDIS world.
That's why I started FSPM. I was determined to learn everything about the NDIS so I can support participants and their families.
FSPM offers NDIS participants a quality, supportive service that works with them. We offer Plan Management typical services as well as extra capacity building to aid you to self-manage your plan.
When you get in contact with us you won't be transferred around departments, you will be talking with your dedicated Plan Manager who has read your plan. We work for you and are not linked to other services. There is no favouritism with providers or other conflicts of interest. We simply want to support you so you can benefit from NDIS the way it was intended.
